Helping Children With Loss Program (4-Week Program In-Person or Online)
Program Overview: The Helping Children with Loss program, using the book “When Children Grieve,” by John W. James, Russell Friedman, and Leslie Landon Matthews, is based upon the general principles of the Grief Recovery Method, which is an evidence-based program to help grievers achieve recovery from the grief they experience.

Program Overview: “The Grief Recovery Method is an evidence-based and action-orientated program designed to help you complete the pain, isolation, and loneliness caused by loss of any kind. You will be supported to recover from loss of any kind with emotional guidance every step of the way (grief recovery method handbook).”
- 1-1 Support Meetings for 7 weeks
- 1-2 Support Meetings for 8 weeks
- These services are free to families in need.
This is NOT a drop-in style group format. Your weekly attendance of this program is vital for maximum benefit in the healing and recovery process.
